I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these Cody James Walker Western Boots. I purchased a pair for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift, and in less than three months the inside liner started pulling out with his foot every time he took the boots off.
We returned them to the Boot Barn in Ocala, FL, and they were great to work with. They honored the warranty and replaced the boots without any issues, so I appreciate their customer service.
Unfortunately, the replacement pair developed the exact same problem after only a short period of use. At that point, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated defect—it’s a construction or quality issue with the boot itself.
For the price of these boots, I expected them to last much longer. Experiencing the same failure twice has completely changed my opinion of this brand. I won’t be purchasing Cody James boots again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
They are the most comfortable out of the boots I’ve worn a lot of Cody James boots and these are by far the best they have been on the bottom of my feet for at least ten years and just had to buy another pair great quality and great price
