Boot had damage on it when arrived. Return and replacment was fairly easy

The boot that arrived didn't look anything like the boot in the photos, big bait and switch. I was severely disappointed in the looks, but I gave 2 stars because the material quality and feel were still good. If you don't mind an orange matte finish then you'll love this boot, but I was expecting a polished tobacco with hits of honey so I was disappointed and felt like my $260 would've been better spent on a different boot. I reached out to the company and sent photos of the boots but they said they weren't able to open the standard jpeg photos. So I just chalked it upas a loss.
