Hat was delivered to wrong address and I have proof of it. Trying to email them for days to no avail. Had to contact my credit card company about this. Wouldn’t repurchase from them as their customer service is horrible. Was a big fan of them and have purchased 3 boots and 4 hats in store but never again.

Got it at boot barn it was slightly off shape and missing band but was able to get a discount and a better looking band for it, overall a nicer hat for being a 3x hat. Overall I would recommend for a younger person because if it got destroyed or slightly messed up it wouldn't be so bad because of the price. Just make sure to go to jobes hats if you live in Texas so you can rely on the shape you want!
