They sent me boots in a random plain white box that was all ripped and the box size says 91/2 but the boots I ordered were a size 13. Contacted them and the responses were in caring or willing to send a original boot box and all they kept saying was if u wanna return the boots and I asked them can they send me an original boot box and they’re just said that they can not guarantee that their boots will be shipped in an original box which is crazy. These boots cost 600.00 and they should have never send a customer stuff in this matter. I probably will never order from them ever aging. This was my first order and it was suppose to be a special gift for someone and I really had to just send themthe gift in the ripped up box that has the wrong size on it. And the company was not even willing to to send me an original boot box not would they sent me even a box that was not damaged or destroyed. It’s sad that a company that sells high quality boots would treat people and people purchases like this. Never again. [****]. It would be nice if the company would just make the issues right. I do not think I asked them much. It’s sad
