The boots are nice, but customer service not so much.
I paid the extra $19.00 for the 2nd shipping and they didn't even start to ship until I called and complained. They ssid they where returning my $19 and it would take 3 to 5 business days. Its been 10 and nothing yet. But the boots are nice.

Great boots for any occasions.
Gorgeous pair of boots. Looks great with jeans and dress pants. Were a bit snug until i used my boot stretcher on them and now they fit perfect. One of best birthday gifts I got at a reasonable price.

Worst company I have ever shopped at
I was sent the wrong size boots there was no other way to contact customer service other than an email in which I got no response for over a month and 4 different emails I then had to do a return label via the website in which I paid $80 to return the boo

Great Pair of Boots
Very well made boots. Strong leather comfortable insole. They'll take some breaking in but It'll be worth it. I've gotten plenty of compliments on them.
