I have had these boots for six months and the heels now have holes in both heels. $170.00 for work boots that don't last a year. I contacted the Cody James website and they said they don't cover wear and tear , one year. It's f@#% bullsh@%^ .

Absolutely love them. Slight ankle rub though. Hopefully once I break them in

The boots were scuffed when I received them. I immediately called to report it. They instructed me to send an email with pictures and they would respond in 24-48 hours. I immediately did that. Haven't heard from them since.
