I really wanted to love them but I feel they only lasted me 6 months. I worked 4-5 months at an MSHA rock washing plant and recently switched to pipe laying. The waterproof part held up but they don’t breathe at all so when it’s warm out in the ditch your feet sweat enough to doubt if it’s even waterproof when you’re backfilling with mud. Literally gave me pitted keratosis (don’t look that up lol) They are comfy don’t get me wrong but they aren’t anywhere near the ultimate boot and it’s a shame 225 dollars after tax and the liners start to fall apart too after 6 or so months of the real blue collar work these boots are supposed to be for.

The boots are awesome, it's the Cody James website that sucks. Do yourself a favor, order Cody James items from Boot Barn, their parent company.
Cody James website really sucks!!!!
These boots bounced around Kansas, for 3 days, before heading to Colorado, right next door.
I actually ordered a Cody James hat, from Boot Barn, 5 days after ordering the boots from Cody James. The hat came way before the boots.
Extremely better service from Boot Barn, vs Cody James!!!!!

Great durable boot. Comfortable and great looking. I would recommend trying a pair for work. Affordable cost for safe travel for your feet.
