The leather insole was completely sewed on wrong it I called customer service and all they can do is give me 10% off and my money back but I wanted this hat it’s a great hat and know they are completely sold out of my size.

Not the Cody James black straw hat that i was looking for i own 2 thay pretty worn out and was replacing them but no luck. I gave them away as gifts to my Co workers
